With the immense know-how gained from previous undertaken completed projects over the years, the current Board of Directors had decided to have a different entity in the current market in Malaysia. Intellectual Builders Sdn Bhd was dully incorporated on 23^rd March 2007 to further complement and capture the market available.

The Board of Directors believe, we are capable and committed to excellence across a range of heavy construction and engineering field activities with Quality Management to include bridge construction, jetty, heavy industrial plant works, tunnel works, airport runway, taxiway and parking apron, MRT stations, raft foundation and water retaining structures.

Our company strives to provide value added and quality engineering services to meet customer satisfaction. Therefore, Intellectual Builders Sdn Bhd has adopted the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System in 2007 and we subsequently successfully  accreditated with ISO 9001: 2015 in July 2018.
